DJs
Martin (that's me) and Carl are the two main men. Started working together back in the early seventies. The first disco that I ever did was with Carl (and his mate Paul). I had some equipment and they had some records. We did some work together for a while then gradually went our separate ways. We both did other things as well as discos. I started the Chain Reaction Disco again in its present format in the early 1990's. Carl and I started working together again about three years ago when Carl took early redundancy from his day job and I talked him into doing this again full time as my business partner. My son Richard joined us in 2005 and is now a regular member of the team. He uses my equipment and my music. What he lacks in experience, he more than makes up for in enthusiasm and eagerness to please.We are the Chain Reaction Disco. We share the work between us. We all use our own equipment which is of a similar standard, so you know what you'll get. If Carl, Richard and I are already booked for the date you require, we can supply you with another professional and reliable show. The advantage of this is that in the event of an accident or illness of your DJ on the day of your event, we can normally supply a quality replacement. (This hasn't happened yet!!!).

Mike does some work for us when we can get him. He runs his own show and is very busy in his own right. If I need him for an event and he's not already booked elsewhere.......
The others include Dave, Mark, Ali and Mike 2. These guys all have day jobs and consequently are not always available, (shift patterns etc). But when they are, look out!!!
The two main things that all the DJ's have in common is experience and reliability. I know that if they are booked for a gig, they will be there when they are supposed to and do their utmost to make the event a big success. All the DJ's are in their 40's (except Richard) with many years experience in all types of event. They all have a professional attitude to the job, which is why I am pleased to have them associated with the Chain Reaction Disco.
